Michele, or the sai-sai of Cape Point as he was known growing up, is a security specialist by day. By night, his alter ego is revealed: adventurer, traveller and cook.

Having completed the Timbuktu Rally, been rammed off the road by an articulated lorry, and fallen off trees, cliffs and mountains, Michele certainly has a story or two to tell.
